Recruiter was friendly, but very strict about experience requirements. It seems like the company has firm expectations of applicants when it comes to qualifications posted in the job description and listing.
Recruiter reached out via LinkedIn, and we had an initial call. About three weeks later I received a take home test which I completed. However, I heard nothing further from the company after that.
