I applied online via their website. The job application had two parts; the first was pretty standard with collecting your information, resume, cover letter, etc. The second part of the application had a few screening tasks, such as booking travel and a meeting for 3 different people in different timezones. These tasks utilized Google Calendar and Google Docs. I thought this was pretty easy, as they were tasked I had done before.
Once they had reviewed my application, I was pushed forward to the TestGorilla assessment. I had three days to complete it, and the initial email with the test link had listed three questions to prepare for in a one-sided interview video. I was glad to have these questions in advance as it allowed me to think of my past experiences and draft a response. The tests, in my opinion, was fairly easy. It took about an hour of my time to complete, and I saw my scores immediately after completing the tests. I scored well, with an average of approximately the 85th percentile.
After completing the assessment, I was expecting a call to interview with a person (either phone or Zoom) within the next few weeks. However, I was emailed approximately 3 weeks later with an offer that I accepted.
