Interview
Did an interview with director, then sent me a stupid test to test me emails. I used chatgpt they didn’t even notice. Then i was welcomed to an interview with CRO Bassam a very unprofessional person. Told me that I’m a spoiled person and that I wouldn’t fit this ‘established’ start up while he was extremely unprofessional and the interview was 1 hr him asking me about person details about my life and then he told me I’m not made to be an employee and that I should open my own business. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.
Working at Sprintz was a rewarding experience. The company fosters a collaborative work environment with supportive management and opportunities for growth. It was an easygoing one, kind of well rounded questions to test the core CS concepts like Object Oriented Programming, database index, SQL Injection, and an easy Problem Solving question.
