      Enterprise Relationship Manager Interview

      22 Aug 2021
      Anonymous employee
      London, England
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Sprinklr (London, England) in Jul 2021

      Interview

Initial call with internal recruiter. Very lovely lady! That call was about culture, salary, role, company and then some basic info about me. Second stage was a timed email assessment. This was essentially a task where I had to put together an email to a specific individual I had to identify (I used LinkedIn) i then had to prospect that person but without being super Salesy. From what I gather, this was focussed on creativity while also checking grammar, punctuation and spelling etc… general writing skills which are obviously important. This was also timed to ensure the candidate can complete the task within a given timeframe. After initial call & email assessment (which I never got any feedback on - I can only assume it was positive since I got to the next stage) I was then offered a third stage call with the senior manager who would be my direct manager. That call was for manager to get to know me, decide whether there was a mutual ‘fit’ and to also understand my motivations for interviewing etc. Also to find out about performance at current role. Pretty standard chat but very friendly and just an overall nice experience. Invited to fourth round which was a panel interview. I had to prepare a 15 minute presentation which I’m sure varies each time but for me was essentially pitching Sprinklr to a very well known global brand. I found this super fun to do and really got to know the products while researching and putting my presentation together. Panel interview was very positive with really great constructive criticism but also just honest, positive feedback on myself and my presentation. I had the chance to ask questions and so did the panel. Not a hard interview so if anyone reading this is going for this role, don’t overthink it! Just be yourself :) Fifth round was the one I struggled with. This was a 30 minute call with a director level senior manager and there was no ‘agenda’ set before the call. I was told there was nothing to prepare for. Again, if you’re reading this in advance, PREPARE!!! Go in and set the agenda, do not assume this is just another interview. It could be for you, but for me it was a call I should have lead to show off my capabilities and that I could competently run a call etc. The feedback during this stage was 50/50 and I did feel a little disheartened but the interviewer was SUPER constructive with their feedback and took additional time to tell me what I did well and helped me understand what I didn’t do so well in order to help me improve in future. I really appreciated the honesty and how candidly they spoke to me. Overall this stage was harder than any other but still not a negative experience. ONLY thing I’d say is that MY time wasn’t respected as well as it could have been during some of this process (Interview timings being changed without my prior agreement so I had to change my diary to suit them). Also, the referencing company, Hire Right are a little intrusive and also not very switched on but that’s not Sprinklr’s issue, it’s just worth noting.
