Springmoor Life Care interview questions

After applying for the position online, I received a call from the hiring manager later the same day. I had a brief phone interview and was scheduled for an in-person interview. The in-person interview was as expected with typical questions such as "tell me about yourself," "what are your greatest strengths and weaknesses" etc. I was then given a tour of the facility. The hiring manager said she would be contacting candidates within a week to let them know their status (2nd interview or not). After two weeks went by with no communication, I contacted the manager. I knew what the answer was going to be, but I was perturbed that she did not contact me like she promised.
