Casual interview, basic questions. They were welcoming and hired me soon after the interview. They had about five questions and the interview lasted about thirty minutes. There were about 4 people in my group interview.

How would you handle a disruptive student in your classroom?
Great! The interview process was easy and smooth. I felt very comfortable the entire time. The questions were fair and consistent. I would highly recommend anyone to be interviewed by Springfield Public schools. You would like the interview process very much.
Several rounds of interviews with various administrators. You submit to all open positions and then also to individual positions. Every school does it a little differently but expect 2-3 rounds of interviews.
