Telephone interview, followed by a first stage interview with a practical test and then a second stage interview meeting more of the team.
I was offered the role, but the salary was £5k lower than at my previous job. I then asked the recruiter for information on the benefits package so that I could make rounded decision.
She then rescinded the offer and was quite rude and unprofessional about it.
Negotiation is a normal part of the process - I clearly dodged a bullet.
