Interview
1-Casual phone interview (30 min, why you want to be editor, they tell you about the interview process)
2-Task (first time I interviewed it was a 2h task reviewing two manuscripts, second time it was a written assessment with your opinions about a published paper)
3- 2-3h interview, first a written task (similar to the previous, review a manuscript in a 30 min then comment it with interviewers, then 1h about personal questions)
