I interviewed at SpringWorks Therapeutics (Stamford, CT)
Interview
Went through 3 rounds of interviews not to get an offer. Nothing wrong with the process itself but a little disheartening as I thought each round went reasonably well. Seems like a waste of time on both ends to have that many rounds, especially for an intern role.

Question 1
When was a time you had to juggle competing priorities?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at SpringWorks Therapeutics (Houston, TX)
Interview
I interviewed with the hiring manager, a member of their team, the Talent Acquisition manager, a Cultural Ambassador, and the National Sales Director. Most interviews were remote but I did have an in person interview with the hiring manager that involved air travel to the interview.
Applied on-line; felt really uncomfortable when their app asked for my address (it did not seem like an ATS) and furthermore; their questionnaire (optional) as to how I identify and my sexual orientation. It just really feels inappropriate

Question 1
per app; do you identify as transgender? what is your sexual orientation?
