Spring Sushi interview questions

very casual interview process, wasn't really interested in my previous experiences. Basically hired me on the spot after talking to me for ~10 minutes. They're just interested in knowing that you're teachable and can catch on fast.

15 minutes long Mainly discussed availability, what the job entailed, uniform, training process. Asked if I was a student, wasn't really a formal interview, but more of a casual conversation.
