Recruiter call and interviews are expected to be scheduled 1-2 days after the original request.
In my recruiter call, I was informed about the process for multiple interviews and a case study project. I moved on to an interview with the director, and performed well and with my FAANG experience I am objectively overqualified.
They let me know I would hear about next steps in a few days.
When I never heard, I reached out to the recruiter a few times, but was completely ghosted.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Spring Health
Interview
Pros:
- Recruiters very timely in responding to emails
- Quick scheduling of interviews (though they do not give you options, they just tell you when it is happening)
- People were friendly
- Upfront information about salary, interview timeline
Cons:
- I don't think it requires FOUR 1:1 interviews to decide to "move forward with other candidates who are a better fit"
- As others have said, combining interviews would be more efficient for everyone
- Questions were fairly generic. Given the specificity of the role I was interviewing for, I was prepared for much more detailed questions about specific experience and knowledge. It DEFINITELY did not require four interviews to ask me all the questions I was asked.
