Recruiter ws very unclear about the interview process and didn't even respond to my questions. Tech difficulties at interview made it hard to give my presentation. They were very proud of thir free beer fridays.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Spreetail (Lincoln, NE) in Sept 2018
Interview
The process came in three parts. The first was a basic phone interview. This was mostly what you'd expect, just some questions about my motivation for Spreetail and the Copywriter role along with some questions about my work history and how it related to the role.
The Second step was an in-person interview. There were a lot of the same questions as before, but this time they were more interested in my personality and work-ethic.
The third step involved a work sample and a presentation. For my role, I was to write a product description and then give a presentation on my process and my reasoning.
