I applied online, then 3-4 weeks later they offered me a Skype interview. Then after the interview they said they will get back to me within 7-10 business days. They focus on technical experience and teamwork. Those are the 2 things they are looking for. Every interview they start off with "What made you choose Spreetail?"

I first had a phone interview two weeks after I applied then I proceeded to an on site technical interview. After that I had another phone interview asking about my work/salary expectations
The first round was a phone call with behavioral questions. The second round was a Video call with the technical team. They asked some technical questions and few behavioral questions. It was not that hard.

The hiring and interview process was pretty simple. They were very communicative. First, had a phone screen interview and then a video interview. Phone screen interview was very brief. They asked questions about my skills and had some behavioral questions. Video interview focused on technical perspective.
