      Applied online. Invited for initial interview that was rushed, barely asked me any questions about my experience. After a month got asked to complete an assessment that took 3 hours and 2 weeks later got told I left a document off my assessment and will not proceed. When I checked the document was there so their reason made no sense. So abrupt and unprofessional.

      I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SpotMe in Jul 2022

      Interview

      I completed 3 stages of the interview process, including a screening interview. This was followed by a 90-minute one-to-one interview. I was then requested to complete and present a case study within a 90-minute window. After investing more than 2 weeks and 3.5 hours alone into the interview process, I was sent a generic screening rejection email with no personalied feedback. I was requested to share confidential information around the clients I work with currently. Finally, the interviewer recorded all interviews without my consent and without explanation around why. I am so glad that I was rejected by this company! I appear to have dodged a bullet!

      Zoom Interview- Usual questions albeit slightly bizarre, interviewer didn't seem overly prepared and was very awkward. Didn't really give a description of the company or the role and stares at you down the camera for what is eerily too long. Received an email saying that my application was unsuccessful, I thanked them for their time and asked for feedback....received no response.
