The HR contacted me via Linkedin, and quickly arranged a meeting. They explained the companies mission, and work conditions, as well as asked me about my previous experience, and motivation to work at their company. There were four technical questions to be answered ad-hoc at the interview. The rejection e-mail did not have any specific reasons as of why they decided to reject my candidacy.
