There was a process of 3 interviews depending on the time of season it can be over 1 week or 3. With people from your requested department the GM and hiring manager.
Very casual laid back asked me what my Halloween costume was. Was very short and was asked basic questions about customer service and technical questions. Had the interview on a couch on the upper floor was very easy.
