It was one of the most interactive interview process ever. Interview procedure was very simple and the first round was a brief screening with the recruiter, which went on for around an hour.
As the position i was being interviewed for was Ruby on Rails Developer, the questions were based on basics of ruby like array methods, data structures and basics of rails framework and architecture. The interviewer was very polite and sounded very professional while having the conversation. The second round was a phone call with hiring manager, where the manager gave me a brief idea about the company and work culture.
After the entire procedure, i heard back next day and was delighted that SporkLabs welcomed me into their family.
