Poor candidate experience. A recruiter reached out to me for an interview because they liked my experience on LinkedIn. I promptly supplied them with my availability to interview on 3 separate occasions because my emails “kept getting hurried in their inbox”. After sending my availability over the span of 3 weeks, I got a canned response that I wasn’t selected for the position. Why reach out to a candidate when you have no intention on confirming an interview? Such a waist of my time. It may be a decent company overall but I was left disappointed in the recruiting process.
