I think these guys have a good product. But they need to make huge improvements in managing the candidate experience. The position was advertised as reporting to VP. Had a call with the recruiter who told me that he will schedule a call w/ the SVP for an initial interview since the VP has left the company. Later I was scheduled to have a call with a director. For the first call he didn't show up. Second time he was late by 8 minutes and offered apology only for the first one and without any reason. Then he jumped straight to some basic why questions. I was a bit ticked off by the whole thing. Having been a hiring manager for many years, I think they should do a better job managing the candidate experience. I hope whatever challenges they're going through now is temporary and I wish them success.
