I was contacted by email to set up an interview time and provided a link to a calendar scheduling tool. I selected a date/time. The HR contact then sent me a change to that time via email, with no explanation. I tried to make that work, but a work meeting got scheduled over it. Still in advance, I sent an email to the HR person letting her know I would not be able to make that time. No response. So, I went back into the calendar tool and changed to a time available for me and on the calendar. Still no response. The day came and the HR person did not contact me at their preferred time or the time I put on the calendar.
