There were 2 rounds of interview. One with the Hiring Manager and other with a team member
Note, there were lot of questions around, candidate management during the interview.
Unfortunately, the candidate management at the company itself can be much better. The least, as a Recruiter can one do , is inform the candidate about the outcome of the interview.
If you get yourself referred, chances of you getting a call from the company is much much higher than just applying online. The recruiter spoke about lot of growth in the company, but failed to justify why was the role offered on a contract if the company has strong growth plans
Overall, a below average experience for a candidate.
