I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Splunk (San Francisco, CA) in Nov 2020
Interview
Interviews were great, but the time and scheduling were terrible. Splunk took weeks to get back to emails after the final round interview. Everyone was friendly and seemed like they cared.
I applied online. I interviewed at Splunk (Kraków)
Interview
The hiring process was very well-organized. The HR representative made me feel at ease right from the initial screening call. Even though interviews can be stressful, the recruiter created a very welcoming and comfortable environment. Throughout the entire recruitment process, I was kept well-informed about the next steps, and I truly felt supported by the recruiter. It was one of the best, if not the best recruitment processes I have experienced.

General questions about my background and previous experience.
I applied online. I interviewed at Splunk (Kraków) in May 2026
Interview
It was one of my first interviews in IT, so I was stressed at the beginning, but recruiters created a very welcoming and truly supportive atmosphere during our calls (all of them were online btw.)The interview questions were appropriate for the position and its area of expertise—nothing irrelevant was asked. I was asked some typical questions about myself and my background, as well as a few technical ones. The one thing I would change in the whole recruitment process is duration - gaps between stages were quite long. In the end, I received constructive feedback from the recruiter. Even though I didn’t get an offer, I really appreciated that, as not every company provides feedback nowadays. To sum up, I can recommend Splunk as a company to apply to. Do your best!
