The have outsourced their remote interviewing to a 3rd party FloCareer. But, in my experience it is not turning out well. There was 3 no shows from the FloCareer interviewer. After 3rd time the Spinny HR arranged my call with someone from FloCareer. The interviewer from the FloCareer was totally uninterested in talking as he was half awake. He had no interest in explaining the problem or listening to me. All he was interested in recording my responses. I am very disappointed with their process. After all this they don't have courtesy to share the interview feedback. Pathetic experience. I am not sure whether it is FloCareer or Spinny but the overall interview experience was horrible.
