I applied online. I interviewed at Spekk in May 2025
Interview
I had a really great interview, and at the end, the HR representative told me they would provide feedback during the following week. However, they never gave any feedback, and after a few weeks, I emailed the HR representative asking for an update, but I received no response.

Question 1
They asked me technical questions about the position.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Spekk (London, England) in Jan 2025
Interview
Their process is long. This is not necessarily a bad thing, I can see the logic in them prequalifying candidates but they seem to have over-engineered the process and not really treat candidates as people so as a result, you see the negative reviews here.
First stage is some cognitive tests - these were reasonably challenging, I felt somewhat fortunate that I'd had experience of these type of tests recently so that helped.
Second stage is an interview with the "chief of staff" - generic competency questions, which I passed.
Third stage is a task - it's a reasonably technical piece of data analysis and then a presentation. I thought it was a pretty good task in terms of assessing peoples' ability to do the job. They don't guarantee you a chance to present your work, which I think is very poor if people are investing time into it. In my case, they wrongly accused me of using an AI slide generator for my work (probably because I'd written my presentation and then sent a new version of it, so they couldn't see edit history for discretion reasons). Oddly, they didn't give me an opportunity to explain this (I even sent on the original version). I found that very poor.

Question 1
Generic competency questions e.g. when have you overcome a challenge, how do you keep up to date with industry trends, what does "high value fashion" mean etc.
Interview then a task to which they tell you not to spend too much time worrying about but then don’t like it when it’s not a grand presentation. I don’t feel I was given enough of a chance to prove myself or talk about my experience in the interview.
