Submitted my resume via the internet. I went to a strip mall that is "Speedway recuitment facility" in Springfield Ohio. Now they want someone with a B.S. degree AND PAY 10.50 AN HOUR. GET REAL. After she told me the wages it was over. plus she told me EVERY SATURDAY at least 1/2 day. However she said you get off every Sunday provided no one calls off. The bottom line Speedway cheap as hell.

The interview was with the District Manager and was very professional. She made me feel comfortable and asked the typical questions. She was very clear with communicating when I should expect to hear from them.

Interview process was quick and easy submitted an application online and was quickly contacted to interview with a recruiter from there I interviewed with a store manager . Was called within 5 days for the position.

Interview
It was very casual and made me feel comfortable in the company of the interviewer. Traditional interview questions were asked and some small talk was made. It was easy to feel good about the position early on in this stage.
