      Business Analyst Interview

      6 Apr 2016
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Neutral experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Speedway

      Interview

Phone interview followed by a in-person interview. Formal and to the point. Pretty straight forward interview process. Most advanced online interview process that I have seen. They kind of put you on the spot with video questions but just be comfortable in front of the camera and you will make it to the actual interview. Did not really like the video process but it sped up the interview process a lot. It was only about 3 weeks in total and I was really happy to get the job. Once I was there the company felt very out dated. Culture is pretty lack luster there. ......................

      Question 1

What software are you familiar with? They poked and prodded a bit until they finally asked some job based questions. Did not ask about work ethic or other intangibles.
