Spectrum Director, Technology Management interview questions

I contacted the CIO via linkedin and had 2 phone conversations - then the recruiter called me and had a phone interview. Then a person that would have reported to me called me for a phone interview. All conversations went well but no call back to interview in person. All the interviewers seemed like they were distracted and not organized. After a couple emails asking if I would move to next round the CIO emailed me and said they would be pursing other candidates. Terrible experience.
