Spectrum ASM- Assistant Store Manager interview questions

There is a initial screening interview done by a recruiter, then you have 3 other interviews. The other interviews are with the Area Manager, then with the Sr. Manager, then the Sr. Director. If you impress the Sr. Director, you have a good shot at getting it, although there could be others in the pool. These interviews will test you, they will ask you everything under the son; from FMLA protocols to full 90 day plan.
