I received several calls from a recruiter consisting of about 10% questions on my experience and 90% asking and re-asking if I would take an incredibly low offer if offered. I’ve never had an experience where I’m asked to commit to pay before even offered a position. My actual interview was about 30% asking about my experience and 70% asking and re-asking if I would accept a low offer. The company definitely seems to care more about who they can lure into the low pay more than any expertise they may bring to the role.

I went through three rounds of interviews for this role. The first was with the recruiter, the 2nd was with the Territory Manager, and the 3rd was with the District Manager
