Applied for role in SD. Contact and had initial intro phone call, gave availability for next steps, then ghosted by the recruiter. Followed up a couple of times and did not get a reply.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Spectrum (Stamford, CT) in Sept 2024
Interview
1:1 video interview for 30 minutes with hiring manager. Just was "closed" 2 hours before the interview, received notification. Teleconference platform didn't work, thankfully we were connected on LinkedIn to get around it.

What kind of roles have you filled in the past?
Are you willing to be onsite 4 days a week, remote Friday?
From an internal perspective the process was very smooth and clear. there were 3 rows with two-panel interviews. Both panels were video interviews. General questions were asked with a bit of probing but overall all were nice interviews. The recruiter did not communicate as much as I would've liked but overall positive reviews.
