This was a three step interview process. You meet with HR, then a supervisor of a team, then you meet with a Co Manager of all of the Internet/Telephone Repair Reps

Be on time! Went through three interviews in a weeks time spans. They are clear and detailed in what the position is. They have a very personable presence. Questions were basic interview questions, also had a mock phone call.
It was very informal I came into the call center and met with a supervisor in one of the interview rooms. Since it was just him and I it was very laid back the dress code is professional.
