I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Spectrum (Blue Ash, OH) in Aug 2020
Interview
The interview process was fairly simple. My interview took place over the phone, first with a company recruiter and second with a company manager. The interview questions were fairly regular to any other company I’ve interviewed for. Just be confident and driven and the process will be a breeze. Key tip to interviewing is always ask the interviewer questions. “How long have they worked for the company” and “why they would recommend one to work for the company” and “are there any cons to the job.” This let’s them know your are engaging in the total process and allows you to build an instant interpersonal relationship with your possible future supervisor, manager and or coworker. Relationship building is key to maintaining this job and being successful

I applied in-person. I interviewed at Spectrum (Charlotte, NC) in Jan 2023
Interview
The interview process sucks they had a hiring event and they were very very unprofessional I passed the assessment and sent a resume, had a phone interview and a face to face interview still not good enough but one thing I have learned no one will be ever good enough so look for something else because they are very unreliable for work for someone that is looking for immediate work very misleading. I will never apply again.
