      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Spectrum in Jul 2009

      Interview

The interview process with Charter Communications is extremely long and drawn out. It took me three months to get to the final interview stage where I was up against about 6 other applicants, for this final stage of the interview I was asked to present a powerpoint presentation via webcast to a panel group of 4-6 managers and current sales trainers. My advice would be to lead your presentation very geared to increasing sales for a department and put specific numbers, charts, bar graphs all would work to your benefit. Also feel free to check in on your own to see where you stood with the interview, it takes quite a while to receive feedback if you aren't selected and rather than waste your time wondering I would email or call. Best of luck!

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Why are you the best person for this job?
      1 Answer

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Spectrum in Apr 2017

      Interview

The initial interview with the recruiter is pretty standard. They're identifying if there's a correlation between sales and facilitation ability. The second interview was a phone interview with a manager which further verifies learning and delivery abilities. The 3rd and final interview is an in-person panel demonstration of facilitation abilities based on the assigned topic.
