Lengthy interview process. There was a math test and personality test. We also had to write out answers to questions, these forms were sent to off to get analyze our responses as well as the handwriting!

Interviewer never showed up to the scheduled online interview. I emailed the recruiter, left a review on the interview and no response. It's been a couple weeks. Very unprofessional and disappointing

I was too honest about how I would like to move up in Spectrum. Apparently that is a red flag for older workers. Ageism is real at Spectrum. It was a shame. I feel we would have had a good working relationship.
