I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Spectrum (Broomfield, CO) in Apr 2017
Interview
Applied on the company website for 5-7 different positions related to networking. Shortly received a mail from an outsourcing company to know which position am I most interested. Soon the technical manager of that team called up for a 30 minutes technical interview.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Why Spectrum?
Difference between IPv4 and IPv6?
Explain OSI model and tell which device belongs where?
If you do not know how to go about some work that is given to you, what will you do?
Person asked me a lot of questions that were already answered in the job application (as in, you can't complete the application without answering them because they were required). Since they didn't even read the application, I doubt they read one word of the resume.

Interview went well and they mostly focused on how good the candidate for enterprise level. They dig more on routing. For some positions they asked for F5 and a10 load balancers and even asa as well
Was great experience. I enjoyed the interview process and will take the experience into other job interviews. Spectrum is a really great company and I would love to work there in the future
