I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Spectro Scientific (Houston, TX) in Sept 2023
Interview
Interview process consisted of 5 rounds of Zoom interviews. After 3 interviews I was invited to a 4th and told this would be the last one. However shortly after, another one was added for later in the day. During this process communication was open and thorough. I was kept informed of the process and where I stood and when a decision was to be made. After the last interview I was told they would be getting together to discuss and make a decision. I had been informed that they wanted to make a decision within the week so as not to keep us waiting and they were down to 3 candidates. After time had passed and I had not heard anything. I felt it was probably not a good sign so I reached out to my recruiter. I never received any further response or communications

Human Recourses team is very efficient and communicative. Process was very fast paced and informative. People are nice and atmosphere overall very friendly. Several interviews scheduled and all went fairly well.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Spectro Scientific (Chelmsford, MA)
Interview
Phone screens and two on site interviews. After the first on site interview they seemed excited about having me apply. By the second on site, people I had previously interviewed with went out of their way to avoid me. The hiring manager avoided eye contact the whole time. Then they ghosted me despite several attempts to follow up. In hindsight it was clear they new before the second on site interview that they weren't going to hire me.
