I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Specialized Bicycle Components in Jul 2025
Interview
Applied for role and contacted within the week for interview. Interviewed with 11 people over a 3 week period. Was told that everyone said positive things but no decision has been made. Was updated on a weekly basis with the same "no decision". Then 6 weeks later I was called out of the blue and provided an offer and wanted a response on the spot, also role was changed to in office, not remote like posted and discussed.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Specialized Bicycle Components (Taichung) in Jun 2024
Interview
Long process with many interviews. Start with the hr call. The question from your experience to yout way of working. It very depends on the hiring manager. The question can be easy.

Interview
Would have put as neutral or positive as most of my interviews were great experiences. The people and culture seem great there. I thoroughly enjoyed every conversation from a people perspective. For the technical aspects, most of the people did not have a grasp of what is needed for proper AI or ML learning projects, but I appreciate the ambition of keeping from a technology standpoint. The technical people I interviewed with were solid and knew there stuff.
However, I am putting this as a disapprove because after 6 interviews, I received an automated message telling me that they were hiring someone else. Absolutely insulting as I also had direct contact with the HR recruiter.
