Automatic hired, were in dire need and still are. I worked for the company a while ago when I was a little younger. Nothing has changed, same people in charge. Management just needed someone to come in and work hard so he didn't have to do the work pretty much. Wanted to get me up to speed with everything that that was new. Nothing major, didn't really need any training.
