Quick Interview with HR,
Not a very appealing company to join if want a good salary. Basically told me in the interview that they don't pay competitive salaries. Would be good to a stepping stone
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Spearline Labs (Cork) in Jul 2021
Interview
There were 2 rounds of interviews and 1 assignment. Both interviews were scheduled in very short notice(one of them scheduled just 1.5 hours before :/). The first interview was about my experience and after that I was given an assignment to complete that needed a fair bit of research. I submitted the assignment and I was invited to a second interview. I felt the technical questions were not relevant to the role. It seemed like the technical interviewer did not have a good idea of the role. The HR compared my salary in INR with the salary I asked in Ireland in euros (don't know how that makes sense). I did not want the role at all after the interview. The next day, I got a system generated rejection mail (seriously? after spending this much time and effort for the process).
