The interview process started with a phone interview. A few days after we spoke I went to the spa to perform a massage on another therapist. It was easy and they were anxious to hire someone.

Reached out to me via Linkedin. Decided to call and set up interivew however prior to wasting anyones time, I decided to ask for the pay rate as I've been a therapist for over 10 years with my own private practice and just wanted a few extra hours around others. However, I was surprised to hear that they only pay under $25/hour.
