The process moved pretty quickly and they rushed to schedule interviews. Phone screening > hr interview > hiring manager interview. Very strange process. I had great interviews with all of them and good culture match but received the auto decline the next day. I asked for feedback and was told the hiring manager wanted a completely different skill set (not one that was relevant to that role) and I told them I've actually been doing that skillset for 10 years and updated my resume. It lined up perfectly to what they asked for and they ghosted me again.

They will give you different scenarios for you to talk how to address them. They'll also ask about the specific terms and tell you to explain them.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Sparq (Tampa, FL) in Oct 2025
Interview
One hour long, initial interview over Zoom with two different members - 30 minutes each. First one is more conversational. Get to know. Looks for similar interests / experiences to discuss. General questions on past experiences. Easy going. Second part is also pleasant but has specific questions. Some behavioral hypotheticals.
