4 rounds of interviews over a couple of months. The interviews themselves weren't very difficult and everyone was friendly. Towards the end they had me complete an aptitude test which was challenging and asked general knowledge questions (math, pattern recognition, etc) which didn't directly relate to the role. I hadn't experienced that before.

Question 1
What method do you use to show creative ideas: sketching, mood boards, PPT, etc?
Asked questions regarding past experience with children, had us do an exercise in advance planning curriculum for teaching young children about filmmaking. Asked how we would handle certain situations in order to test our safeguarding abilities.
The first interview was with HR, followed by one with the head of the broader department, then the head of my specific department. After being accepted, I also had to complete a background check.
