First a phone call interview with HR and the video call interview with the team, including one senior counsel, and one junior lawyer in the team for around 20 minutes.

Simple process including cover letter, CV, transcript (if applicable).
The interview was with the partner of the team I was interviewing for, another lawyer from the team and a member of HR. I found the interview to be very conversational. The usual questions were asked in relation to background, skills, and attributes I could bring to the role.
