I had an interview with this company on 01/12, with William Thomson. It was a good conversation to get to know my skills and give me the opportunity to get to know the company. The conclusion was that we would organize a second interview with another director. My surprise was what happened afterwards: ghosting. I think we should all start calling things by their name and ghosting, both in our personal and professional lives, reflects flawed behavior patterns. If they don't respond to an email, I can only imagine what the culture of this start-up company is like. For those interested in their recruitment positions, one big warning: 30 openings at once. We all know what that means.
