Interview
I made it through three interviews. I think overall my work experience was slightly green for the role. Despite that, I enjoyed my interview experience. Did I have to frequently follow up with talent acquisition? Yes. Was the interview intense at times? Yes. That is to be expected (in my opinion), it's Spacex. The three people I interviewed with were kind and extremely intelligent. I was fascinated with the company when I applied, and learning more about their supply chain, man I tell you that is a well oiled machine. Depending on where life takes me, I would absolutely apply again when I have more experience if I live near a Spacex facility. This company isn't for everyone but I would imagine for every one day you are there you would learn somewhere between 2-4x that of another company. Truly fascinating.

The interview process was straightforward, consists of 2 phone interviews and then onsite with 1hr presentation and then 4, 30mins 1:1s. Hiring manager interview was mostly backgrounds and experiences related to the job function. Onsite interviews was mix of technical and strategic.

Interview
Process takes about 1 month from applying online to offer received. The interview process included: 1 recruiter phone call, 2 additional phone calls with hiring manage, follow up with a phone screen with another manager. Then flew on-site for panel interview.
