Phone Call with the team, three interviews then they decide on giving you an offer or not. It wasn’t too hard. It was casual at first and they asked me what a couple acryms were.

Question 1
If we are out of space and need to add a production line in, what do we do?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at SpaceX (California City, CA) in Jan 2024
Interview
The interviewer introduced the company and the position and then asked me a couple of questions.
Introduce myself.
a couple of technical questions related to the position about
1- factory layout design,
2-production line optimization
3- Manufacturing Concepts
The interviewer went through the interview steps, it is going to be another interview with the hiring manager, an exam, and then a last one discussing my answers.
Had a great call with a nice talent acquisition person. They said I'd have two 30-min technical calls, followed by an on-site presentation and skill assessment.
First call was introductory but they still look for a lot of passion in their products and mission.
Several rounds of interviews. First just a call with a recruiter that's really relaxed. Then one with HM, then take-home technical assessment, then follow-up interview. They ask brain teaser-like questions about modifications to scenarios. If you pass, you are flown on-site for a presentation and many one-on-one interviews. Really involved process.
