Interview
Call from HR, followed by phone screening with other automation engineers, followed by phone screen with the lead engineer. At that point you are given a presentation prompt and flown out.
The team is fantastic. In the moment the questions seemed to not make sense, give it a day you'll figure it out. Thats the thing with genius. You don't realize it until after.
I'm thankful to everyone I interviewed with, I learned more from a rejection then my last few years in the field.

Recruiter phone screen, followed by a technical Codility take-home assessment, and then a series of onsite interviews with upper management and team members (some technical some behavioral). You present to a panel about your greatest technical achievements and then break off into 1 on 1 interviews afterwards

Awkward interview, interview seemed unprepared a lot of awkward silences. Interview wasn’t sure what to ask me seemed like he was trying to come up with question ones the spot.
