Southwire interview questions

The interview process was really good overall, it was an interview with HR which covered resume and behavioral, behavioral questions were typical and simple. Resume questions were light and basic get to know you.

Submitted an online application and received an email saying I was selected for an online interview. It also said if I passed the first online interview, a second and final interview would take place alongside a tour of the Carrollton facility with other candidates. I unfortunately shat the bed during my first interview. Got asked something about "give me an example of an experience where you had to balance stakeholder interests" and I just blanked for 10-15 seconds before bringing anything up.
