Interview
The interview for this position is a phone call interview with the engineering supervisor around 20 minutes and an HR interview around the same length. The first is technical and the second is behavioral.
Initial phone screen and then a two to three hour interview about two weeks later with various people on the team (head of department, lead engineers, and other student engineers). They ask typical questions of how you work on a team, name a time when...etc
