Long process, and the lady seemed to be annoyed throughout the interview. After the initial interview HR kept losing my files and took a while before they even reached out to me.

They pop quiz you on your ability to speak Spanish. That’s was interesting no formal assessment.
The interview went well, I applied online and received a call about the position to set up an interview. The interview primarily consisted of talking about my background and asking some situational questions. Unfortunately the hiring manager ended up ghosting me, so unfortunately it speaks volumes about the professionalism of this company….
The interview was professional and informative. I felt comfortable sharing my experience, and the questions helped me highlight my qualifications and passion for working with youth and vulnerable populations in the area.

Interview
Got a phone call 2 weeks after applying on Indeed. Screening call lasted ~20 minutes. Received an online interview invite a week after the screening call. Online interview only lasted ~30 minutes. A formal offer was extended roughly 2 hours after the online interview was done.
